About Opium Live:

Opium Live is twofold.

It’s half iTunes channel (updated three times

weekly, it features interviews, literary short

films, musical performances, book trailers,

readings, and highlights from Literary

Death Match events from around the planet.

It’s half live interview series that highlights

creative work beyond the page, stage and

gallery. Each of our live events features two

energetic 10-question interviews (with a 12-

minute time limit) between artists, writers,

musicians and filmmakers, all followed by an

exclusive 5-minute tribute to the interviewee’s

work by other artists, writers, musicians,

filmmakers. To close the show: a 20-minute

musical or theatrical performance by prominent

or up-and-coming artists.
